Intro call

30 minutes with a hiring lead. Mostly listening — what you've built, what excites you, where you want to grow.

Days 2–5

Craft case

A take-home tied to the actual role — 3–6 hours, paid for senior roles. We send you a brief, you ship a response.

Days 5–9

On-site

Half-day at the studio (or virtual). Walk through your case, meet 3–4 future teammates, see how the team actually works.

Days 10–12

Decision

Yes/no within 48 hours. If yes, full offer doc with comp, start date and onboarding plan attached.
