The story

We started OutTroll because the agency model was broken.

Three of us came from holding-co agencies and brand-side teams where every six months we'd watch the same pattern: a senior team would pitch the strategy. The work would land with a junior team. The deliverables would feel like templates with the client name swapped in. The numbers wouldn't move. The retainer would renew anyway, because changing agencies was even more painful than staying.

We knew it could be different. Senior people, in the work, every week. Strategists who can also ship. Creatives who can read a P&L. Analytics engineers who write SQL and a brief. One pod, one outcome, and a senior partner you can text on Slack.

Seven years and 200 brands later, we're still operating that way — just with a much bigger team and a much sharper system. Our clients renew because their numbers are moving. Our team stays because the work is real. The math works.
